iSGM 3500

The iSGM is a rugged 3-axis heavy-duty gantry design for smooth, accurate motion, delivering high quality cutting performance. With high speed AC drives and a high speed plasma lifter, you can achieve higher productivity and high quality plasma cutting. Equipped with one plasma and one oxy-fuel torch, the iSGM can cut a wide range of materials. The iSGM comes equipped with ESAB’s iCNC Performance controller, with integrated ProMotion Nest software and Cut Cost Calculator.

• Rapid cut-to-cut cycle times with High Speed Plasma lifter with in-built laser pointer for quick tool positioning, high rapid machine speed, high vertical lifter speed & quick arc initiation
• Available with either 120 Amp or 200 Amp air-plasma systems, or 200, 300, or 400 amp dual-gas systems
• Equipped with 1 oxy-fuel torch for cutting mild steel up to 150 mm thick (edge starting)
• Cut up to 2700 mm wide, and up to 13000 mm long
