iSeries High-Precision automated plasma cutting power sources offer unprecedented profitability and performance, increasing cutting efficiency with outstanding cut quality, narrow kerf widths and a smooth cut surface. Integrated control of torch consumables, gas flow and cutting parameters results in ISO 3 cut quality or better.Plasma power supplies are available with 200 -800 A cutting power for cutting up to 160 mm (6.25 in.).Dedicated process technologies for mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium cutting ensure consistent, high quality results at fast cut speeds. The iSeries offers reliability you can depend on with improved cooling, robust electronics and discrete components that are easy to maintain and service.
Cutting stainless steel or aluminium? Use Water Mist Secondary® (WMS) technology for fast cut speeds and low costs on stainless steel and aluminium. The results are comparable to laser cutting. For mechanized cutting of thicker mild steel, HeavyCut™ Technology ensures the best cut quality and parts life. QuickPierce technology reduces pierce times and further increases consumables lifetime. When cut quality is less critical, cut in air plasma mode for rapid, cost-effective cuts on all metals.
With XtremeLife consumables and the SpeedLok cartridge, you can be sure that your consumables will last longer. They can also be quickly changed with no tools. Get the best bevel cutting results possible with dedicated consumables and cut charts that can integrate into virtually every CNC controller. 3DPro Technology offers high quality cuts in robotic applications through a specialized robotic torch, consumables and cutting parameters. Electronic arc starting reduces HF emissions from the torch cables.
Unsure how much power you will need in the future? You can upgrade an iSeries system with StepUp Technology. Add modular inverter power blocks so your cutting system can grow with your business. 600A and 800A systems give you the flexibility to cut with either 1 torch at up to 600 or 800A, or 2 torches at 300 or 400A. These cutting machines also remove the need for a manual plasma cutter or oxyfuel torch to cut leftover plate. Simply connect a manual plasma torch to the power-source (North America only).
Increased cut quality can actually reduce costs. It allows you to take parts directly from the cutting table for welding, painting or assembly without expensive preparation work. Tight integration of all parts of the cutting process optimizes cycle times and reduces downtime. An optional Ethercat and Wi-Fi interface provides real-time process data. This allows access to troubleshooting recommendations and easy process setup.
