OK Flux 10.62 is designed for single and multiwire procedures for butt and fi llet welds of mild, medium and high tensile steels as well as low alloyed steels. Works equally well on DC and AC current. Single layer and multilayer welding of
unlimited plate thickness, with impact strength down to -40/60OC, when used with an appropriate alloyed wire by SAW. The Weldmetal can be suitably controlled.

OK Flux 10.81 L is excellent for all types of general applications in low and medium tensile steels, in combination with a mild steel electrode of type OK Autrod 12.08L or OK Autrod 12.22L (for impact requirements down to O°C). It is especially suited for applications where the dilution of the base metal is high e.g. in fi llet welding and butt welding of thin and medium thick plates with a small number of passes. 440 25% NA
OK Flux 10.81 LM   The excellent welding properties associated with the acid slag system of OK Fux 10.81 LM allow higher travel speeds required for manufacturing of LPG cylinders. Also used for joining carbon steels for structural use. 430 25%  
OK Flux 10.81 LS   The excellent welding properties associated with the acid slag system of OK Fux 10.81 LS allows high travel speeds in butt welding i.e. spiral welding of pipes where good bead shape, excellent slag removal, good surface fi nish are essential. 440 28% -18/40
OK Flux 10.92L   OK FLUX 10.92L is especially suitable for butt welding of stainless steels and for strip cladding with stainless steel strips. Strip cladding can be carried out with strips
of up to 100 mm in width. Due to the Chromium compensating effect of the fl ux, the typical weldmetal composition is close to the chemical composition of the wire used.
